Nike – Concept Shoe Design
A super snazzy, shoe concept, that incorporates some brand new Aglet Design™ ideas for toe-stub-protection and even-tension-wrap-lacing. The images you see above are quick concept sketches that allow us as designers, to express our ideas in unique and interesting ways.
The first image is a very quick and free flowing sketch made to capture the core concepts and ideas of the design. The second image is an emo-sketch, which has a deliberately exaggerated perspective, to make it more engaging and allow for a more riveting way to show-off the styling and details. The final image is a render* of the previous sketch. This adds colour, and materials and really brings the design to life.
NOTE: The Nike brand has only been used to indicate logo placement and allow the viewer to understand how the shoe will look when branded.
* ‘render’ here does not refer to a 3d CAD render, but a digital sketch in which colour, highlights and shadows are carefully painted in to give depth and dimension to the base sketch.
